In an effort to comply with the State of Florida Executive “Stay at Home” Order and to reduce the exposure of the COVID-19 virus to the residents at the Plymouth, the Winter Park Housing Authority has implemented these measures below:
As of Friday, May 8, 2020, the following remains communicated to the Residents of The Plymouth:
LOBBY & WAITING AREA
Up to six (6) residents can wait comfortably in lobby while waiting on transportation.
All Interior amenity areas are currently closed. Exterior can still be utilized while practicing social distancing. A suggestion box is posted in the lobby between the mail boxes and office and Bulletin board is updated for resident announcements.
FRONT BENCHES AND BENCHES BY ELEVATOR STATIONS
Front benches have been removed and signs have been posted advising only (1) resident can sit at elevator benches at a time.
The Front Desk is not open; however, we do have a system in place for USPS package pick up Monday thru Friday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Office staff is assisting families with deliveries by giving a courtesy call when packages arrive. Residents are asked to please adhere to the 6-foot distance when picking up their package(s)- the distance is marked on the Lobby floor.
Laundry Hours updated from 7am – 7 pm Monday through Saturday. Staff is cleaning the facility threes times a day. Please maintain social distancing.
Lutheran Counseling is available for private 1 on 1 sessions upon request. They are now offering “ON Call” Tuesday and Wednesday from 3 p.m to 5 p.m.
Seniors First lunch program delivery is scheduled for May 21, 2020.
Emergency Pantry: future distributions will be announced, and sign-up sheets will be posted.
