After careful consideration of all information currently available about the spread of the corona virus; we have determined it is necessary to make temporary operational changes within the community. These measures are being taken in the spirit of social distancing. Our goal is to limit situations that could increase your risk of exposure to the virus. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work together for everyone’s benefit. The initial changes are as follows:
*all management planned resident activities are postponed until further notice
* all activities routinely planned and hosted by residents are postponed until further notice – this includes Bingo, Prayer & Share, Sunshine Club and any other events normally held in the common areas
*closure of certain community spaces such as gyms, playgrounds and pools
*Food Pantry Service- you will be provided with an opportunity to sign up for a bag to be delivered to your front door
*Seniors First Lunch program- you will be provided with an opportunity to sign up for a meal to be delivered to your front door
We are encouraging residents to use the following methods for communicating with staff: telephone, email, on-line portals or faxes. It is extremely important we work together to limit everyone’s potential exposure. We also ask that you follow recommendations provided by local health officials and limit visitors or guests.
We understand these changes may initially be difficult to appreciate. We must ask for your continued patience as we evaluate what is best for our communities and look forward to a return to routine operation.
