NOTICE OF OPENING OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST FOR 0 (efficiency) & 5BEDROOMS
PUBLIC NOTICE
Effective Monday, July 18th – Friday, July 22th, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Winter Park (WPHA) will open its Waiting List for 0/efficiency and 5-bedroom apartments only located at the Meadows apartments 718 Margaret Square, Winter Park FL and Tranquil Terrace Apartments (senior/disabled site) 845 W. Swoope Ave, Winter Park FL.
We are not accepting wait list applications for 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms
Apply ON-LINE by visiting the Winter Park Housing Authority website:
www.winterparkha.org, or walk-in at the
718 Margaret Square office location.
Applications will only be accepted via online, or walk-in only.
No pre-applications will be accepted

If you are elderly, handicapped, or disabled and require a Reasonable Accommodation or need a language translation call WPHA at 407-645-2869 ext.: 207 and leave a voicemail with your first and last name. A call will be returned in the order it was received. Applications will be received, and Wait List will remain open until the Authority has reached the maximum Waiting List capacity. Public Notice will be provided when WPHA determines that the Waiting List should be closed.
Applicants will be placed on the applicable waiting lists based on the date and time that they apply, and any selection preferences established by the housing authority.
ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE PERMITTED. Families who submit more than one application will be disqualified. No pre-application will be accepted. Please do not call the office for updates; you can check the status of your application by visiting the website.
