NOTICE OF OPENING OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST FOR ALL BEDROOMS PUBLIC NOTICE
Effective Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Winter Park (WPHA), also known as the Winter Park Housing Authority, will open its Waiting List for its 0 (efficiency units), 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments located at the Meadows apartments (family site) 718 Margaret Square, Winter Park FL and Tranquil Terrace Apartments (senior/disabled site) 845 W. Swoope Ave, Winter Park FL.

Apply ON-LINE ONLY by visiting the Winter Park Housing Authority website: www.winterparkha.org
Applications will only be accepted when completed and submitted online.
No telephone calls, walk-ins or paper pre-applications will be accepted.
If you are elderly, handicap or disabled and require a Reasonable Accommodation or need a language translation call WPHA at 407-645-2869 ext: 207 and leave a voicemail with your first and last name. A call will be returned in the order it was received. Applications will be received and Wait List will remain open until the Authority has reached the maximum Waiting List capacity. Public Notice will be provided when WPHA determines that the Waiting List should be closed.
To be determined eligible and placed on the waiting lists applicants must fall within WPHA’s maximum annual income limits for their household size. Eligible applicants will be placed on the applicable waiting lists based on the date and time that they apply, and any selection preferences established by the housing authority. More information on both income limits and selection preferences is available on the housing authority website www.winterparkha.org, under preferences.
ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE PERMITTED. Families who submit more than one application will be disqualified. Applicants who make false statements to qualify for a preference will be removed from the waiting list. Please do not call the office for updates; you can check the status of your application by visiting the website.
