Tiara M. Hardaway entered the affordable housing field soon after graduating college and quickly learned her passion of helping others. She has worked with the Winter Park Housing Authority since January of 2013. She started as the administrative assistant to the director and has been recently promoted to the Deputy Director of the housing authority. Ms. Hardaway role is the overall assistance in the day to day operations of the Authority and is responsible for the management of the Winter Park Housing Authority’s Public Housing Program, as well as, all other properties in the WPHA portfolio. During her time with the housing authority she has obtained certifications in Procurement and Contract Administration, Capital Fund Program, Public Housing Management, Supervision and Management and Housing and Quality Inspection administration. Ms. Hardaway earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa FL in 2012. She then returned to school to earn a Masters’ degree in Public Administration at Troy University in 2016.
