Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearing - 5-Year Plan

Notice of public comment period and public hearing for the Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) Five-Year Public Housing Authority (PHA) plan and Capital Fund plan for FY 2025-2029.

In accordance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 (QHWRA), published by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) is providing a Notice of a Public Comment Period and Public Hearing for the WPHA Five-Year PHA Plan for the period from October 1, 2025, to September 20, 2029.

The Winter Park Housing Authority public comment period for the WPHA Five-Year PHA Plan and Capital Fund Program (CFP) for FY 2025-2029 will begin on Thursday, April 10, 2025, and conclude with a public hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Linda Hinkley Community Center at 845 W. Swoope Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789.

The draft of the Five-Year PHA Plan and Capital Fund Plan will be available for review, commencing Thursday, April 10, 2025, on the Winter Park Housing Authority website and at the locations listed below Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
