For the Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) Five-Year Public Housing Authority (PHA) Plan and Capital Fund Plan for FY 2025-2029

The Winter Park Housing Authority public comment period for the WPHA Five-Year PHA Plan and Capital Fund Program (CFP) for FY 2025-2029 began on Thursday, April 10, 2025, and has been extended to conclude with a public hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lynda Hinckley Community Center at 845 W. Swoope Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789.

The draft Five-Year PHA Plan and Capital Fund Plan is available on the Winter Park Housing Authority Website and at the locations listed below Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
